All of our questions were answered and a multitude of choices given to fulfill our needs. Suggestions and a sincere concern for our happiness were always their top priority.

Our dream house was completed BEFORE schedule, and the construction crew managers, John and Kevin, worked with our many construction changes with complete understanding and never voiced a complaint. Even after occupancy, the staff completed minor adjustments quickly and happily.

They were great about customizing for us. We had French doors put in the bathroom and a linen closet added to the model, and they did that without a problem. They were also very patient when I was agonizing over all my selections for the home!

One of the best things is that they let you make changes. They’re very flexible, where some builders give you one option and that’s it. With Malone and Moloney we’ve had a very good experience. We’re so happy with the Shannon—there is plenty of room for everyone. It’s a great house!

This is the first house I built from the ground up, and it was a great experience. The customer service was great—if I see them on the street and I have a problem or a question, they’re on it in a heartbeat. Both Beth and Connie in the office were very professional too. I really enjoyed working with them. I don’t plan on building another house, but if I do, I would look them up.

I love the whole design of the Boyne ranch, it’s a very open ranch and different than most. We did ask for a few changes to the model to move things around, and I changed my railings—little things like that—and they were very accommodating. I love the walking and bike path. It makes it different than most subdivisions. And the new Target is great to have close by too.
